Focus delivers ahead of time! We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Life Roseacres Hospital (Germiston) Maternity Ward, within budget, and one month ahead of the practical completion program. The scope entailed a refurbishment of the existing maternity ward which included new ceilings, flooring, fittings and finishes to the latest Life specifications within a live environment. The maternity ward was officially opened on 09 October 2017.
