FOCUS, on behalf of the client PRASA, were instrumental in the Design and Construct as a Turnkey Service provider of the Saulsville Intermodal and Retail Centre Development, which is located in Pretoria West.
In November 2018, the R80 million project successfully achieved completion and the following outcomes were realised:
- An Upgrade of Saulsville Station with the introduction of retail and office space
- 23 new shops including 2 anchor tenants and 3 offices in the newly constructed double-storey admin building.
- A new bus and taxi rank which provide an overarching intermodal facility together with the existing train station.
- Total development size: 3400m2
