Focus was recently appointed as Project Managers and Principal Agent by Nedport Developers for the Park Square mixed use development situated in the prestigious Umhlanga Rocks New Town Centre Precinct.
The Park Square development is being undertaken by Nedport Development, (a 100% owned subsidiary of Nedbank Limited), and comprises a mix of +/- 38 000m2 of P Grade, A-Grade and Retail space. The design incorporates a new image of development in the precinct and will be promising statement to the New Town centre skyline. Works commenced on site in September 2016 and will continue till the 4th quarter of 2018.
