FOCUS has delivered another Phase of the Master Development Programme for the Westgate Shopping Centre in Roodepoort on behalf of our Client Pareto Ltd. The Phase 2 Project valued at R 128 Million, included a refurbishment of the Food Court and Cinemas reached Completion in October 2018.
The upgrade and modernization of the Food Court and Cinemas has brought a fresh, new look and feel to the Centre. The Project achieved the following deliverables
- Refurbishment of the Mall area and tenancies
- Extension and refurbishment of existing Cinemas
- Renovation of Entrance 4 of the Food Court
- The over roofing project.
One of the many achievements of the project was Nandos, a core tenant of the Westgate Food Court, receiving an award for the best store in the country.
