Focus PM proudly announce our involvement in the project and construction management of the new signature residential project, Baraka Read, located in the Izinga precinct in Umhlanga, KZN. Phase 1 of the project entails the construction of 22 luxury residences. The development was introduced at the beginning of 2019 – the full extent of the development is expected to roll out in phases.
